I found this bump in my neck it's on the back next to the nerves 2 inches to the left of my right ear it doesn't hurt but i'm worried please help?

Node or bone: If it is behind the ear then it is either a lymph node which is usually mobile or a bony protuberance of the skull which will not move. If it is in the front of the ear then a lymph node or salivary tumor. Since you're worried i suggest someone examine it for peace of mind.
