Unlikely: Brain infections are very rare but can be caused by viruses, bacteria or parasites. With normal ct and MRI it is quite unlikely you have a "brain infection" causing chronic headaches. I recommend you see a neurologist for a complete evaluation. You will have peace of mind when you have a clear diagnosis.
