Different things : In some children lower abdominal pain after eating and reflux symptoms occur with bad constipation however, irritable bowel as well gerd itself (tho normally not lower abdominal pain) could be responsible. Other things also. Please take your child to the pediatrician for an evaluation. It sounds like this is miserable for both of you.

Stomach pain: Lower stomach pains are common in constipation while upper stomach pains are associated with acid reflux. Your child needs an evaluation by his pediatrician to make the correct diagnosis and management. It would be helpful to inquire about your child's bowel habits and start increasing fiber and fluids in his diet.
