I noticed foam on my four year olds lips while sleeping. this is not the first time i have seen it. he has had reflux and stomach issues before.

Foaming mouth: May just be oral secretions( drooling) ,possibly due to sleeping with open mouth and having enlarged adenoids alos may have sleep apnea or may still be having reflux,. Consider elevating head of bed by putting pillow between mattress and box spring, and follow up with doctor
