Off course: Stomach pain can be caused by gastritis, ulcers, gallstones ( not as common at this age ). Take your son to the Dr. for an examination and further treatment.

See GI specialist: Reflux could be a problem as well as other causes. Ask your physician for a referral to a pediatric gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
