Foot pain: There can be many reasons why your could be experiencing severe foot pain. Examples are fracture, gout, and tendinitis. I would see your podiatrist for further evaluation.

Possible Arthritis: Possible arthritis in joing causing inflammation and arthritic changes in joint causing pain with movement. Follow up with your local podiatrist for radiograph to evaluate joint and further care and treatment.
