There : There are many causes of toe numbness. Are you diabetic? If so then you may be dealing with a diabetic neuropathy. If not then i suggest you be screened for diabetes. Certain drugs can cause this problem, as well as vitamin b-12 deficiency, and a condition called tarsal tunnel syndrome. The bottom line is to visit your primary care provider in order to figure out the cause of your symptoms. Good luck.
