Improving energy: To keep your energy level stable throughout the day, eat a low glycemic diet since swings in sugar can make you tired. Drink more water and decrease caffeinated drinks, take a b complex, additional b12, vitamin d and ubiquinone to help with energy. Exercise and sleep deeply! if that does not work, you should see your doctor for additional lab testing.

Energy level: Please start w/a visit to your doctor to rule out and underlying illness. Then reflect on your level of sleep, exercise, and the quality of your diet. Food impacts mood and energy. A nutritionist may be helpful and will likely encour you to make sure you have some good fat, protein, and carbs w/each meal. Peace and good health.
