Depends: Are you eating properly? If you skip meals you can run out of steam, because our bodies need food to make energy. Try frequent small meals throughout the day. Are you getting enough sleep at night? Are you trying to do to much without some down time to relax? See your doctor for an evaluation who can make sure you are healthy (or not) and advise you best after the examination is done.
