I've been dealing with chronic hives for about 10 years, wondering if there's anything i can do to reduce symptoms?

Perhaps: Unfortunately, sometimes hives last for decades. The usual medications like antihistamines (h1 and h2) are first line. Some patients can have improvement with montelukast and recently the medication Omalizumab injection was shown to help with hives. (it's approved for asthma currently). An allergist can review the list of treatments and find one that may help. It's frustrating--hang in there!
