Srarted having swelling in my feet about two days ago and now i have swelling all the wayto my hips and my feet are about twice the size they should i?

Edema: Causes are heart failure, kidney disease, liver disease, venous congestion.

Further evaluation: Beside heart , kidney and liver failure, thrombosis of the iliac veins (dvt)may cause edema of the lower extremities, talk to your doctor about obtaining a venous doppler test, pelvic veins compression due to pelvic mass may also cause this problem.
