I have been having pain and swelling in my knee and feet however despite a low dose of morphine the pain is getting worse it's along my back hips knee?

Exam needed: Even when it relieves pain, morphine does nothing to correct the cause of such pain/swelling as you describe. Something is wrong and you need to find the cause and if possible begin to correct it. Pain management may be your only recourse if this is ineffective, but you need to try this first. Let's hope it works since pain meds are not helping you.
