No: You would want to have a patient like this on antibiotic treatment when doing an ercp.

ERCP: If the patient has sepsis from biliary origin , ERCP should be performed asap , as well as prompt treatment with antibiotherapy. Please select your ERCP doctor carefully. You need someone with skills.
