Cervical radiograph: Provided you have already ruled out cardiovascular or musculoskeletal causes, you might want to obtain an x-ray of your neck as sometimes you can get referred pain from a pinched nerve in the neck either from degenerative joint disease or from trauma such as an mva.

Go get evaluated by : You doctor. A physical examination is help in determining diagnosis. It maybe scapulothoracic bursitis, or a cervical spine related referred pain, or some other cause, see your doctor....
