Continue monitoring: This could be transient after an episode of cholecystitis. Continue monitoring liver enzymes and lipase levels as long as there is no fever, jaundice or vomiting. Do the same after stent removal. Use a low fat diet and plenty of fluids , and avoid alcohol. If symptoms worsen, you will need imaging studies such as CT scan or ultrasound.
