Mixed connective tissue disorder and exercise suggestions for maximum caloric burn?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Aqua jogging, bike: Exercise limitations associated with mixed connective tissue disorder can be very variable. Some people may be capable of near normal exercise including running, jogging on a treadmill, and planning impact sports. Other people may be much more limited. Good low impact options include aqua jogging, biking (either stationary or regular), swimming, elliptical, and stair climbing. Your choice.
