A member asked:

If you do pushups and don't feel the burn after a while does this mean you have to do more or the exercise itself doesn't work for you anymore ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Getting stronger: If you are not fatiguing as easily while exercising that means you are succeeding. Depending on what you are trying to achieve with your work outs, either increase the number of repetitions or increase the resistance by switching to weights.
