Depends who you ask: Don't worry so much about whether you exercise before or after you eat breakfast. For that matter, don't worry about whether to exercise in AM or PM. Important issue is just to exercise and to do so regularly. Don't get bogged down in details unless you're an elite athlete. But for most of us w/day jobs, squeeze in a few minutes here & there as often as possible, coupled w/healthy nutrition.
