Should i get a 2nd opinion about a hypodense right adrenal mass since i have a history of a rare cancer?

It can't hurt: Since i don't know anything about your condition or the findings of the first evaluation, it's impossible to say, may sure you've had the appropriate lab tests, x-rays, etc. It never hurst to seek a second opinion from a qualified physician, particularly when you have concerns.
