A member asked:

How much of a chance is it that the body can naturally dissolve a blood clot behind the eye in the temporal artery?

Misunderstanding: If you have temporal arteritis with loss of vision, then the problem is inflammed blood vessels, not a blood clot. This is a very serious problem and you must be on strong anti-inflammatory medications. In some cases, but not all, vision will recover.
