Canker sore: Canker sores are also known as aphthous ulcers or aphthous stomatitis. They are small ulcer craters in the lining of the mouth that are frequently painful and sensitive. If rubbed they can bleed so they will heal in about two weeks, try not to touch them or scratch them.

Canker sore: A canker sore is a white ulcerated area in your mouth. If it is traumatized by eating something hard then bleeding may occur from the trauma. A canker sore by itself will not bleed. If there is bleeding or ot does not heal within 10 days see a doctor and get it checked
