Not a problem : Bleeding doesn't often happen but it's not dangerous because these ulcers are very close of the blood supply underneath the tissue

Canker sore bleeding: Canker sores normally don't bleed. If it is a canker sore, it will heal on its own. However, it may not be a canker sore. If it does not heal in 7-10 days, or if a bleeding sore re-occurs, you need to have it examined by a dentist or an oral surgeon.

Canker sores see DDS: recurrent canker sore is the most common oral lesion. Individual ulcers typically last 1-2 weeks. Try to keep adequate oral hygiene as possible. If concerned, see your dentist for consultation. If your dentist has a diode laser in their office, this is another great option for treating canker sores immediately.
