Uric acid symptoms: Many patients have no symptoms of high uric acid (ua) levels. Once they have a gouty attack, symptoms are readily perceived. People who drink excessively can make their blood more acidotic which can precipitate gouty attacks. It is best to lower your ua as it is increasing be found to be a cardiovascular risk factor.
