Ask diagnosing MD : This is not a common diagnosis and i suspect it was made with the help of a specialist. In the process of going over the diagnosis they should have provided you with a treatment plan. If they did not or you do not recall the details i would contact them. It will have to be followed with appropriate lab tests and imaging so you will likely be seeing them in the future.
