Protocols: There are protocols which tell the oncologist the best way to treat for the best out common. Making sure he is at a recommended and best centre for cancer care is vital. All the best.

Combination: Depends on the location, but most RMS (rhabdomyosarcomas) are treated by combination of surgery and chemotherapy and sometimes radiation therapy.
