How can i alleviate gastric reflux?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Take a good antiacid: You need to use a good antacid. Try zantac (ranitidine) first. It is cheaper but you have to take it twice a day...Start at bed time and see if once a day would releive your symptoms. A more effective medicine is Prilosec but it mayy be more expensive but one pill takes care of stopping acid production for 24 hours. So you have to take it for the long term as this problem is typically long term and does not go.
