Fever Cough Diarrhea: Sounds like you may have a viral illness. I would recommend that you see your primary provider to make sure you do not have pneumonia and that you are doing everything to help you recover promptly.

Time to see an MD: At this point you need to see a doctor as your symptoms indicate a persistent condition that may be worsening and certainly is not getting better. It could be a sinus infection or a viral process. If you are already on antibiotics the diarrhea could be from them, if not it could indicate a virus or another type of systemic illness. Get checked out.
