I would not wait: Frequent UTI can be due to incompletely treated UTI so you may need a longer course of antibiotics. If they are truly separate infections, you have to see a urologist to figure out if there are structural problems causing incomplete emptying of your bladder. Renal cysts can also get infected and bleed causing UTI and blood in urine. The cysts may need to be removed.
