Fat vs Butt Implant: Fat transfers in general have less complication rates than implants and are easier to correct. See below link for details: https://pacificcenterplasticsurgery.Com/procedures/body/buttock-augmentation/ http://drnichter.Com/fat-grafts-face-buttocks-breast/.

Fat for sure: Aside from hardly ever having seen a deformity after fat transfer in the last eight years of performing this procedure, i can tell you any adjustment to it is simple, quick, easy and relatively pain free. Butt implants simply get removed if they leave deformity. The best is your own tissue, in the right hands (surgeon). Doctorjohnwalker.Squarespace.Com.

Fat wins: Fat grafting is much easier to fix than either silicone buttock implants or silicone injections to the buttock. Please do not use silicone injections for body contouring. They have major issues & complications.

Fat: If the silicone is injected, it's like finding a needle in a haystack. It's not recommended and people have serious complications from it as a result of negligent injections by non-practitioners every year. There was a case about two years ago in philadelphia of a flight attendant that died in a hotel room during silicone injections. Fat transfer by a plastic surgeon is the way to go!
