Knee soreness: Can be reduced by choosing the appropriate exercise that is low impact or not as aggressive such as swimming, walking in a pool, biking, elliptical, etc. Ice after your workouts and nsaids before or after will also help. Some people find the use of a knee sleeve to help as well.
