ESR is elevated: In chronic inflammatory conditions. In your case, a chronic inflammatory neurologic disorder is a possibility. See a neurologist or rheumatologist for opinion.

Muscle twitching (face, legs, random places like knees) fingers move on own, and legs go weak at random times. Also, sharp random pain in buttocks area (on cheek) which may sound weird- but it happens suddenly. What causes this? Only 18 years old?
