A member asked:

Should i be concerned about my b12 count of 352 of reference range of 200-1100 pg/ ml?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

B12 deficiency: Interpreting vitamin B12 levels can be tricky. Ask your doctor to check a methylmalonic acid and homocysteine level. If these are elevated, that suggests you have true vitamin B12 deficiency even though the level is within the normal limit.
