Relax: Everybody has axillary lymph nodes. They're your friends. If they're not preposterously enlarged, rock-hard, fixed to the bone, or draining something suspicious, they're best ignored. Any dermatitis on your hands can make them big. Fibrous dysplasia is like a birthmark except it's in bone. It also is a non-problem except in a few rare syndromes -- your other ribs will protect this one.
