42yo, total hysterectomy followed by 2 ovarian remnant syndrome surgeries. fsh at 21.8. no menopause symptoms, pain is back. could it be remnant?

Ovarian remnant: Yes, unfortunately ovarian remnant can be difficult to surgically excise. Typically, in our practice, we purposefully stimulate the ovary prior to surgery so that we can see the tissue better. An alternative to surgery is to suppress ovarian function with hormones and see if the pain gets better. Sometimes, however, pain can be due to the scar tissue, which hormone therapy will not help.
