Should i be concerned with low a/g ratio or low ast level? everything was normal except borderline low a/g ratio (1.28) and ast level (14 u/l).

AST okay; need more: Info about actual protein levels. Ag ratio of 1.28 may not be abnormal if the levels of individual proteins are within normal limits. It would be prudent to discuss the results with the doctor who ordered the tests as all lab test results need to be interpreted in the clinical context.
