I recently has a ckp test come back at 2600. ast and adolase were high as well. emg was done and showed mild weakness in one arm. one month later and ckp is down to 68. i am a 38 year old female. since ckp is normal now, should i be concerned?

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you do not have any symptoms you may watch and wait. Do see a doctor if you get any muscle pain of weakness.
