I had a recent ekg done it said right bundle block, what does that mean?

Various things: Basically it means that one of the wires in your heart doesn't conduct electricity, but this is not dangerous. The other wires take over the function. Should be checked for any structural heart disease though . Consult with your doctor.

Usually benign: Right bundle branch block is a common and usually a benign condition. It's due to a delay in the electrical conduction in the right part of the heart. It is sometimes related to lung conditions including emphysema. If you don't have other cardiovascular risk factors- hypertension, diabetes, high lipids, smoking history, obesity, i won't worry about it. Left bbb is more ominous. Take care!
