i was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis almost 3 years ago. now with second mri, diagnosed with cervical stenosis with bulging disc. how bad is it?

Depends: You can have mild, moderate, severe, or critical stenosis. It depends on your symptoms and whether it is compressing your spinal cord excessively as to whether you need surgery.
