Possibly: Lhermitte`s sign is an electric sensation that runs down the back and into the extremities when the neck is flexed. cervical spondylosis and disc herniation can do this but so can many other disorders including multiple sclerosis and Arnold-Chiari malformation The right person to interpret this is either a Neurologist or a Neurosurgeon
