Need clarity.: Flaccid means soft. All penises have blood going through them. It sounds like you are being evaluated for erectile dysfunction. You need to ask you urologist directly what was his/her findings from their evaluation, and what they recommend.

What is PD?: Flaccid means soft or non-erect, which is opposite of stiff or erect penis. If you're referring to ed or erectile dysfunction, then by definition, you don't have it b/c you have a stiff or erect penis. Otoh, you might have performance anxiety such that you don't get erect w/partner present but can get erect when alone. Not really clear as to your concerns. Best to check back in w/your family doc.
