Sorry to disappoint you, it’s not bars but squares..1-2 squares of dark chocolate between 70-85% daily is the studied amount to receive the benefits of heart disease improvement, anti oxidation, etc. 6 grams of dark chocolate has aprox 170 calories& is full of iron,copper,magnesium,manganese,potassium, etc. But it’s also full of caffeine and is bitter. Watch the sugar intake added.
