Explanation: Arthrofibrosis of the knee usually happens for a reason. Increased thicken of the capsule or scar tissue due to an injury or infection. Therapy and surgery to straighten the knee out is well intentioned but sometimes with the increased motion there is increased pain due to arhtritis that was protected by the stiffness.
