Depends: Depends on your medical problems. In a normal person, you shouldn't have sugar problem with exercise (although sometimes it can happen) because your liver can produce sugar to keep it normal during period of stress. If you have diabetes, exercise can lower your blood sugar. That's why we always recommend exercising in diabetics. It makes the Insulin works better.

Yes, but!: Generally yes, bc exercising burns sugar as fuel. But if you r a diabetic with an episode of unusually high sugars, we do not recommend jumping on the treadmill to lower the sugar bc counter-regulatory hormones can sometimes raise sugar, and if there was an underlying illness or dehydration the whole situation worsens.
