Basically if you have diabetes you need education, diet, exercise, weight loss, monitoring, medication, control of BP and lipids, prevention, blood sugar control, good medical advice, etc. Fill in the details with more education.

Diet/exercise: And weight loss will work naturally if you have type 2 diabetes. Otherwise your doctor will need to prescribe appropriate medication.
