No.: This is normal. Unless you have risk factors for dysthyroidism it is probably not helpful to screen you every year.

It depends...: Most consider a TSH of 3.21 to be normal but the american college of endocrinologists now recognizes any value above 3 as a sign of hypothyroidism.
