NSAIDs, tylenol, (acetaminophen)heat: You can take Ibuprofen 600-800mg every 8 hours for a few days, with (or without) tylenol (acetaminophen) 500mg every 4 hours or so, and you can try a heating pad, or decreasing your activity for a few days. But if it doesn't get better, you may need a follow up visit with dr and ultrasound to make sure it's not getting bigger.
