Strongly recommend : Since you will be on analgesics and or sedatives after surgery it is a very good idea to bring along the CPAP as these medications often make sleep apnea worse.

Not necessary...: Unless you are admitted overnight--in which case you will likely need the cpap. If the procedures you mention are "out-patient" so you will go home to recover. Be sure to inform your anesthesiologist about all your medical issues. S/he will need to know about your sleep apnea.
