On treatment?: If not on treatment, varying levels of thyroid hormones may indicated autoimmunity or inflammation in the thyroid gland. If on treatment, forgetting even 1 pill a week can make a big difference in thyroid levels over time. If you're not already working an endocrinologist, it might be a good idea to start seeing one to help figure out why your levels vary, and help you stabilize them.
