Zoloft (sertraline) and Anxiety: I would recommend to discuss with your doctor to make adjustment to your medications. In general to address the anxiety symptoms higher dose s of ssri is needed if not getting desired response switching to a diff meds at times combination meds are indicated to address all symptoms of anxiety.

Zoloft (sertraline): Up to 200mg. Daily is average dose, after which if still no response, either supplementing zoloft, (sertraline) switching to another antidepressant, or addition of another adjunctive med. Is feasible. Discuss with your prescribing doc.

Change tx: As a young person i wonder about the diagnosis. Anxiety can be due to many problems including adhd and bipolar disorder, not to mention drugs and alcohol. Meds don't work if you drink or do drugs. Be honest with you doc, tell about any family hx of bipolar or adhd, change meds and get counseling.

Talk: Would consider making an appointment with the provider who is prescribing/managing your zoloft (sertraline). There is a wide array of effective treatment strategies for anxiety that your doctor can review with you.
