2 solid feeds/day : Bm/ formula: 3-5 feeds/day or 30-32 oz/day; alternate with solid food. 1 new food at a time. Dry inf. Cereal + iron: 3-5 tbs. Single grain iron fortified cereal mixed with formula; fruits: 2-3 tbs., plain, strained/2 times per day; vegi: 2-3 tbs., plain, strained/2 times/day; meats:1-2 tbs., strained x 2 times/day; juices, vit c fortified: 4-6 oz. From a cup; snaks: arrowroot cookies, toast, crac.

They Tell You: If while feeding, you have to ask the baby to eat, they are done. And i recommend the solids first at this age then offer the bottle.
